CERA Course Dates: Saturday, August 22 to Sunday, August 23

Conference Registration Rate - $649.00 for members, $849.00 for non-members.  Registrations received after July 31 will incur a $100 late fee.

CERA Course Rate - $539.00 for members.  Not available for non-members.

A room block has been secured at the host hotel in Kansas City. Attendees are responsible for their own arrangements. The discounted room rate is $135.00 per night excluding taxes. The discounted room rate will be available until Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The direct hotel link will be provided in the registration confirmation email. 

We have secured a section for the Friday night Kansas City Royals game against the Detroit Tigers.  You will receive the reservation link for that in the confirmation email.

Each conference registration comes with one ticket to the Thursday Evening Dinner and the Friday CERA Graduation Ceremony and Luncheon.  Purchase of additional tickets for guests will be available at the check-in desk at the conference.  Each ticket will be $75 and should only be purchased for a guest who is not registered for the conference.

Cancellation Policy

To begin the registration process, you must SIGN IN and select either Register Myself or Register Someone Else below.  Select the desired program items (conference, tour, course) then proceed to checkout.  Your registration will be complete once the order is submitted.  Payment can be presented at time of registration or at a later date.  Unpaid invoices can be found in your profile.
